To be eligible to register and use the dk365 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You are accessing dk365 from Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
4. You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in connection with your use of dk365.
5. You have not previously had a dk365 account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not self-excluded from dk365 or from gambling platforms generally under any self-exclusion scheme.
7. You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of dk365 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

2.1 Age Verification Process

dk365 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all registered accounts. Within 72 hours of registration, or prior to making a withdrawal request — whichever occurs first — players are required to submit a valid government-issued identity document. Accepted documents include:

• Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) — front and back, clearly legible.
• Valid Bangladeshi Passport — photo page clearly legible.
• Bangladesh Birth Certificate — accepted only in combination with a second supporting document such as a school certificate confirming date of birth.

dk365 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time where reasonable doubt exists regarding a player's age, identity, or ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by dk365 support will result in the temporary suspension of the player's account until verification is completed.

2.2 Underage Gambling

If dk365 determines at any point that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the following steps will be taken without exception: (a) the account will be suspended immediately; (b) all bonus credits will be voided; (c) any winnings generated while the account was active will be forfeited; (d) deposits made to the account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable player protection obligations. dk365 encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on devices accessible to minors.

dk365 operates a BDT-native wallet. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. dk365 does not charge players a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with its published tariff schedule.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

dk365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited instantly upon confirmed transfer.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited instantly upon confirmed transfer.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited within 5 minutes.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited within 5 minutes.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. dk365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is received from an account that does not match the registered player's identity, the deposit will be returned and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests on dk365 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Standard withdrawal timelines are as follows:

• bKash: 1–6 hours from approval.
• Nagad: 1–6 hours from approval.
• Rocket: Up to 12 hours from approval.
• Upay: Up to 12 hours from approval.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. dk365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or Terms & Conditions violations are suspected, pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum single deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of your payment provider and any account-specific limits applied by dk365. Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits and weekly cumulative limits may apply and will be communicated to players on the dk365 account dashboard.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

dk365 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities through its platform. dk365 applies risk-based transaction monitoring and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where a player's transaction patterns raise reasonable concern. Players must not use dk365 for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gambling. Any attempt to use the dk365 payment system to launder funds or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

dk365 maintains a strict code of conduct for all users of its platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Underage gambling — using the dk365 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your dk365 account.
2. Multiple accounts — registering or operating more than one dk365 account, or assisting another person to do so.
3. Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any strategy that dk365 determines to constitute abuse of its promotional system.
4. Collusion — colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Fraud and chargebacks — initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to dk365, using stolen payment credentials, or making deposits with intent to defraud.
6. Money laundering — using the dk365 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer, integrate, or place illegally obtained funds through the dk365 payment system.
7. Technical exploitation — using automated scripts, bots, screen scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the dk365 platform in a non-human manner, or exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions for financial gain.
8. Misrepresentation — providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity documents.
9. Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward dk365 staff or other players via any communication channel.

dk365 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Players under investigation may have their accounts temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the investigation. dk365's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 8.

dk365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dk365 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, dk365 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for any service interruption, data loss, or financial loss resulting from technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond dk365's reasonable control.

8.1 Scope of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk365 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or betting winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the dk365 platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or game results caused by a manifest error — dk365 reserves the right to void any bet settled on the basis of a manifest error and to re-settle at the correct odds or price.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, promotional material, or content published on the dk365 platform that contains a typographical or publishing error.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game result, bonus credit, or withdrawal, you must contact dk365 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after 30 days will not be investigated. dk365 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. dk365's decision on disputed matters is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the dk365 operation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the dk365 operating entity.

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and dk365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
